The Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (CEA) Registry is a database which archives more than 10,000 cost-utility analyses available globally almost 50 years back. 

You can browse and search studies which use either quality-adjusted life years (QALYs) or disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) as the health outcomes with methodological detail systematically extracted, aiding your review and understanding of the studies.

The database is powered by the Center for the Evaluation of Value and Risk in Health.
